TO ORDER: You must call or email to place an order - I have no shopping cart for the site at this time. PLEASE do not order unless you intend to follow through. Items will be held on a first come, first serve basis. I will keep a list of backup names, in case the deal falls through.
PAYMENT:
Payments must be received within 7 days, or the item will be available to others. If you have a problem with this please let me know ahead of time. First time customers must pay by money order or paypal. Future payments may be made by personal check. If a personal check is sent, shipment will be delayed 10 business days for check clearing - no credit card checks please. Canadian and International customers, Western Union is the preferred payment type. Also accept international money orders and paypal with a confirmed address. Credit Card payments accepted online with PAYPAL & Western Union.
LAYAWAY:
Layaway accepted on orders over $50 after the list has been in circulation for 7 days. Terms are 1/2 down and balance in 30 days. Arrangements can be made for 2-4 month layaways on larger amounts. Reminders are not made. If payments are not made, a 20% fee will be charged, and that item will be returned to the sale list. Please let me know if problems arise ASAP, I am very easy to work with.
RETURNS:
Returns will be accepted on any items that are not as described. Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt. You must call or email me to notify me that you will be making a return. Refunds will be issued when the item is received if it is in the same condition as it left - no exceptions! No returns on NRFB, layaways, as is items. Shipping is not refundable. Returns subject to a 10% restocking fee ( or store credit only) if items are as described (minimum $2, maximum $50).
CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible in case someone else is waiting for that item. 20% cancellation fee for layaways.
SHIPPING:
Buyer to pay all shipping and insurance charges. All amounts will include insurance, if you choose not to insure items under $50, it will be your responsibility if it is lost. Over $50 order, insurance is required. Shipping is normally done via the US Postal Service: weight, and insurance amount will determine cost. International orders welcome - shipping determined on an individual basis.
CONDITION:
Mint: This means it looks just like it did when it was removed from the box
NM: Near perfect, but can tell it has been slightly handled or displayed
EC: Excellent condition, no major flaws - any minor flaws listed specifically
VG: Very good - good for display, but played with, visible flaws (will be listed) expect some wear.
GC: Good condition - still useful for display, but visibly used, flaws listed & wear.
Fair: played with, needs help, most likely needs repair, but not trash to everyone
Prices are valid until the list is updated, unless a sale is advertised for a specific amount of time.
Will consider trade of nice condition vintage items, excellent or better - feel free to inquire. I do not trade for new Barbies - sorry!
